More about me...
I started my career in London as a corporate management consultant, then relocated to the southwest and moved to secondary teaching in leadership and lead-practitioner roles. For the past twenty years I have devoted my career to supporting colleagues to develop professionally through coaching, mentoring, facilitating workshops and delivering training.
I lead coaching in a large secondary school where I also teach languages - my corporate and teaching experience give me more perspective and insight when I am coaching. Many of my clients work in high pressure roles in both the public and private sectors and I understand exactly what it feels like to be in a challenging job while juggling a family and life in general. Coaching has supported me through some overwhelming and anxious times but I now enjoy a fulfilling and balanced professional and personal life.

I live in south Devon with my husband, our three children and our dog. I coach online or in person, and I also offer ‘walking-coaching’ sessions in the beautiful Dartmoor countryside and coast where we live.

I am happiest being outdoors - on the moor, at the beach, walking, swimming, horse-riding or just enjoying the view. I also love to travel - I have been fortunate to live, work and travel abroad. I speak and teach French and Spanish and can offer coaching in these languages.
