Coaching 

Most of my clients achieve transformational results through coaching over several sessions. All coaching is bespoke, so our sessions are tailored personally to your situation and agreed with you during the initial contracting session.

Coaching can be: 
Developmental- to develop skills and understanding in regards to the content and process of your work
Restorative - to create space for reflection and clarity, to restore energy, motivation and strength
Qualitative - to be proactive rather than reactive, to empower you to optimise in everything you do

Coaching includes 1:1 sessions over zoom or face to face, diagnostic assessments and follow up work to embed new skills and strengths.

Leadership & Executive Coaching

Coaching for all leaders who wish to lead with the integrity, confidence and wisdom that only true authentic leadership can create. These sessions enable you to develop and to embed capabilities and qualities on a much deeper and effective level than taught leadership development courses. Sessions are specifically designed for you as an individual, to enhance your strengths and create capacity, alignment and vision.
